Thrifty goodness

Oh, I love the thrift store!
Check out the goodies I found last week!
The best find is the wood carving art of a chalet in the mountains!

Here is a close up of it.

And, I love this trivit, probably from the 70s.

Of course, yarn and beads always make my day!
I'm sure they may find their way into my crafts.
Bye for now!

Autumn Inspiration

All I need for some Autumn inspiration is rich colors
cozy textures
and golden glittery sparkles!
All are found on my crafting table.

I've also been changing the decor in my upstairs living and dining area.
More of a woodsy, fairytale look.

Hope you like! Bye for now!

Turning over a new leaf

As you can see,
I've added a new header and background to my blog,
to herald the coming of fall.
I also feel the need to made a vow
to blog more often.
I know I can do it, if I just put my mind to it!

For today, I have pix of my latest
Pretty Posh Posie Pin.

It is a combination of textures and colors
that remind me of September
and the coming of fall.

Now available in my shop!
Bye for now!

Magic Carousel Ride

I love going to the Como Park Zoo,
because they have a very old carousel there!
It only costs 1.50 per person,
and the ride is nice and long.

What could be better than riding a painted pony

and listening to the organ music

on a beautiful summer day!

Bye for now!

Bohemian Rhapsody

This is my newest Pretty Posh Posie Pin!
I was inspired by boho colors and fashion.

I added some pretty pink beads and green sequins to this one.

I especially love it wrapped around the neck as shown below!

Hope you check it out at my shop!
Bye for now!
