Falling in Love With Cactus

Recently I visited a locally run floral and plant store, Bachmans. I wanted to see if they had any cactus and succulents as I'm thinking about trying my hand. Well they had a great selection as you can see in these photos. And I thought the prices were pretty reasonable.

I am so in love with all these little cacti and was very tempted, but in the end I chickened out. I'm still afraid of killing them!

But I did get lots of inspiration, and who knows, I may just break down and go back to buy one!
Bye for now!

Cacti and succulents are so easy to keep - honestly. I've had mine for years. Go on, treat yourself - they're really cheap here - Ikea's are good. xxx

Yes Vix, I did see that IKEA has plants! I'll have to check it out the next time I'm there. :)

Cacti and succulents are the only things I can keep alive! So, if I can do it I'm 100% sure you can too, haha. Plus, they're just so cute! I made a couple terrarium with succulents about 6 months ago, and it was so easy! (Plus, the plants are still alive - wahoo!)

They're such pretty plant, and ones that stir nostalgic memories for me, as my grandparents kept a good sized smattering of small cacti on the window in their TV room when I was little. I can't see more than a couple grouped together now and not be reminded of that. :)

Best of luck if you do decide to give them a go!
