What I Wore

For Father's Day weekend we went to the Mall of America on Saturday. My hubby wanted to try a new restaurant and there a whole bunch of new ones to try there. It was another 80+ degree day so I dressed light with sandals I could do a lot of walking in.
Skirt, belt and top: made by me
Necklace: beads from Micheals
Sandals: Target

Thanks so much Lindsey! I really feel like I'm still just a novice when it comes to sewing, but I enjoy the process. :)

Thanks Vix! I didn't even realize it was all homemade until I was writing my post, ha! :)

So lovely! I just adore the patchwork quality of that fun skirt - and how 4th of July perfect its hues are.

Have a stellar first week of summer, dear Laurie!
