Sketches of the Week

This week I was a little lazy with the sketches, but I did manage to get a few done, like the tortoise shell cat above. This was done in watercolor and marker.

I also tried my hand at sketching a Boston Terrier puppy. I'm not as comfortable drawing dogs, but I like how he turned out.

This black cat with the pumpkin was my favorite of the week, sketched in colored pencils.

And I also sketched a calico in colored pencils. Definitely a challenge getting right, but fun to do.

Bye for now!

Aww, such darling critters. Calico cats and autumn go hand-in-hand for me, not only for their similar colour palettes, but because I had a calico growing up that I got one year in October.

Many hugs & happy weekend wishes,
♥ Jessica
