What I Wore

Well, it was one hot weekend! Wew! So it gave me a chance to wear my new top from H&M. It didn't come with straps, so I added my own with some vintage lace and my trusty sewing machine. This way I can wear a regular bra with it.
Top: H&M with lace straps added by me
Skirt: vintage and thrifted
Sandals: Target
Necklace: H&M
Wicker purse: vintage

Fantastic outfit! I love that off-the-shoulder tops, a longtime favourite of mine and many vintage fashion fans alike, are having a moment right now. The tiny number of modern fashion shops around our town haven't gotten too many in yet, but I'm keeping my eyes peeled and there is always plenty of online options, too. I've love to pick up a new one or two that was very vintage appropriate to partner with some of my summertime 40s and 50s outfits.

I hope that you guys are doing well and enjoying a sunny (no big surprise, it's super rainy here again) last weekend of spring.

xoxo ♥ Jessica
