Vintage Sewing Trim Christmas Trees

I decided to make some Christmas
decorations for my bedroom this year,
using vintage sewing notions.
It was very easy and fast!
I just used a styrofoam cone,
some sewing trim,
pompoms, ric rac
and a milk glass candle holder
for the base.
I wrapped the trim round and round,
pinning as I went.
Added some bits of lace trims
and ric rac.

Glued it to the candle holder
with a glue gun,
and added some vintage Christmas
greenery.
I did the same process on this next one,
except I used strips of fabric instead of trim.
Then I added trim and pom poms
to this vintage Santa that needed a face lift!!
They all looks so cute on my dresser!
Bye for now!

I love that pretty aqua trim that you used to make the sweet tree! I'm also oogling that cute daisy bag in the background.

I think that trim will end up on everything in my house eventually! That daisy suitcase I got at the thrift, I never pass up those if I spot them! :)
