What I Wore

 I'm absolutely in love with my new dress

that I found at JC Penney!

It is so flattering, pretty and comfy!

I have to say that I'm really impressed

by the new look of JC Penney.

It's much more inviting to shop there,

and the clothes are pretty great too!

Spring Walk in the Park

 This is a walk we try to take 

about three times a week. 

It is three miles long and a good workout!

It may not look too spring like, 

but at least the snow is melting!

 I thought that this fallen tree

reminded me of a slingshot!

And it fell in such a perfect way.

 Everything about trees 

fascinate me,

especially the growths and formations on the old trees!

 The tree below reminds me

of an old furnace

with all the pipes coming out!

 And this tree stump looks 

like it could be the home of a gnome 

or fairy.

 Finally a sign of spring!

The pussy willow is covered in fuzzy buds.

Last of the Snow?

 I know it's April,

and it's supposed to be spring,

but we just got more snow!

Even the bunny is a little confused!

 I'd rather take pix of him,

instead of the snow!

 I think he's tired of the snow too!

and started making little scenes.

 This is the calendar I did

for April 

on my bulletin board in the kitchen.

I think it turned out pretty cute!

 I love how the little duckies turned out!

And, the other day I was sitting at my dining room table

and heard a morning dove.

I looked up and saw that he was right there 

on the deck railing.

He was pacing back and forth,

probably getting tired of waiting for spring!
