 I was organizing my yarn 

and realized how beautiful it is

all gathered together!

 I am slowly getting my art room cleaned 

and sorted and I'm taking pics.

Baby Bunny Love

 We have had bunnies living under our deck

ever since we moved into the house 8 years ago,

but never did I see any baby bunnies! 

Until this year that is!

 I know there are at least two of them,

but I can't tell them apart.

 This one was casually eating his breakfast,

 when he saw a cozy spot

right in the middle of this bush!

He crawled in there and just sat for a few minutes.

So cute!

Found this dress a little while ago

and finally got around to altering it,

it was a couple of sizes to big.

I think it turned out great,

and it's perfect for hot weather!

Thrift Store Finds

 I love it when I find something at the thrift 

that I really didn't look for,

but is something I can really use. 

When I found the sewing book shown above, 

I realized it would be a perfect guide

to help me learn sewing, even if it is vintage.

And for only $2, it's much cheaper than

the one I was dreaming about at the book store!

I will show some pix of the great illustrations inside 

on a future post.

And, I found some great sewing notions too!

 I was looking for some different colored belts,

and I found this lovely red one!

 And I found some great Gap jeans

with sweet embroidered flowers 

and mushrooms on them.

Through the Looking Glass

 Every now and then, 

I find Smoke looking intently in the mirror.

I wonder, is he admiring his reflection?

Or is he wondering who the cat is?

 Is he trying to enter that alternate universe?

 Or just happy to see his old friend,

mirror cat?
